General immaturity. (If known) delays in sitting, standing, walking or talking
Problems with balance, co-ordination
Difficulty learning to ride a bike or swim
Difficulty being still, hyperactivity
Problems with attention, concentration or memory
Problems with urine control (daytime / bedwetting)
Difficulty with self-organisation or task organisation, self esteem
Difficulty with catching a ball, or moving fluently
Difficulty with self-help skills, dressing, knife and fork, shoelaces, or handwriting
Difficulty with change, making choices, controlling behaviour, lack of empathy
Often bumps into things, falls or knocks things over
Anxiety, irrational fears
Invades others personal space, too close or stands at a distance
Posture is slumped or leans on things, slouches sitting
Dislikes sitting, hand props up head or head droops close to the page
Difficulty with language, understanding, literal interpretation, following instructions, social interaction
Difficulty making friends, low self esteem
Dislike of sensory or physical surprises, such as loud noises
Difficulty with schoolwork, reading, writing, processing information
Over sensitivity to touch, smell, taste etc…
Aggressive or hostile behaviour
Any of these: disorganised, confused, easily stressed, tired, gives up easily
Difficulty controlling emotions or anger. Outbursts that can be aggressive, hostile, or tears.
